Workweek is Mon-Fri non Thai or Malaysian holidays. Do not believe application is available for download from Embassy but there is a download available directly from MFA but have no feedback that it is accepted.

MFA are trying to standardize the visa application forms Lop. That one will be accepted at all missions and posts.
