I am interested in finding an auto (prefer a truck) where I could lease on a monthly basis. Anyone have any information on where I could go and estimated costs? BlissfullyIgnorant Posted November 16, 2007 Share Posted November 16, 2007 If you're a farang, you can forget any form of financing unless you've had full-time Thai company employment for 6+ months, along with a valid work permit and 1 year visa extension. However, I assume you mean "lease" as-in "long term rental"? - If that's the case, all of the usual car rental outfits will do special deals for monthly contracts - typically about 30-40% cheaper than what the daily rate would work out to.
