It's such a brilliant place and always has customers too. Much the same can be said for local FM radio station 106.5. Had its fair share of stops / starts / changes of format. "The North Gate, a new addition that started as an outlet for creativity-starved jazz musicians. It is run by a talented Thai saxophonist and his American partner who hosts Chiang Mai’s English language radio jazz show on 106.5 FM." (Quote from internet review.) The radio station continues to air "ads" for North Gate Jazz. Almost exclusively. The two seem to be joined at the hip. When the regular music format at 106.5 is great - its really great.
