No. This is the teacher who skipped out to find higher wage in Vietnam and school went after him with the fake degree he used for work permit. He got some 'troll' remarks and stopped posting. He was wanted for fraud and made the decision to flee rather than face charge(with intent to stay out until warrant expired). It seems he has learned he is on black list now.
