seems a nice project but would the location be a hindrance to its value as far as rentability/resale abilty?

thanks to those who've helped with my many housing questions.

It launched in Q3 2005, by the time they did the topping off ceremony two years later (i.e. June earlier this year) they had only sold 65% of their 178 'affordable' units.

This should tell you something about the level of demand there is for this particular location, I dont think its a reflection of the property though, which is actually quite nice.

Quite nice if you like a lot of stairs. At least you don't need the "Stairmaster" facilities at the gym, which may be why they don't have them.

Sorry, I'm confusing Lofts Yennakart with The Lofts, so my stairs comment doesn't apply. However, as noted, it's in the middle of nowhere, and the environs are very 4th world.
