December 2, 200718 yr Dunno about the hotels in CM. You could have a look at the list in the pinned subject and email or phone the mentioned hotels. The weather is fabulous. Not too hot during the day, and in the night it cools down considerable. For me it's actually bl**dy cold. Nienke

December 2, 200718 yr Come on, you can always find a good room in Chiang Mai. It depends a little bit on your date of arrival and preferred budget. (typically, arriving not around Thai holidays or weekends is better, and either budget accommodation OR high-end accommodation is easiest.)
December 2, 200718 yr After a few searches i can find anyamount of rooms available in CM. And as far as i have been informed Pattaya is very quite for the start of high season.
December 3, 200718 yr definately able to find some rooms. just get here. if not there are a lot of camp sites around doi inthanon, doi pui, doi tung, nice weather up there i hear.
December 3, 200718 yr Author alright guys, thks for the advice. I m sure there will be some rooms available for me packing my back now thks,
December 3, 200718 yr As someone on another thread mentioned, it slows down for a few weeks after the Loi Khratung holiday and then picks up again. Right now, there aren't that many tourists around.
December 3, 200718 yr You'll find a room. Plenty of guest houses if the hotel you're looking for is booked. I like the area around Moon Muang soi 5 through 9.
