December 4, 200718 yr I can't believe it. I signed up for TRUE internet and phone. The next day I called the sales rep to cancel. No problem. He said come sign the forms and you will get your deposit and application refund. They never gave me a modem or contacted me again. A few weeks later, TRUE called and said "when can we deliver your modem?" I explained the situation. To make a long story short, without my knowlege or consent they opened the phone line to the apartment building anyway (but not to the room) AFTER I canceled. Now they say I owe them more money to cancel plus penalty for breaking the contract. Here is how helpful everyone was: TRUE Sales rep: "Not my problem. I submitted your refund forms already." TRUE Customer Care: See above. I have to pay and return a modem which I never received. TRUE Installation Technician: "You can transfer the line to the condo owner. I talked to him already". Obviously an attempt to save himself from his mistake. But I know the owner would not want to pay because he doesn't live there. No, I cannot contact him, I don't live there anymore. TRUE Customer Care: "I don't know any manager names". "I don't have any phone numbers to help you." Q: Has anyone has such bad experiences? Q: Does anyone have any manager names or direct contact numbers that can assist, please PM me. Thanks in advance.
