earlofwindermere
I have been contacted by a Canadian firm interested in hiring Thai staff to work for them in Canada. They said that most governments have overseas recruitment regulations that foreign firms must abide by. I had never heard of such a thing before but did find the deparment in the Thai government that does do this (http://www.overseas.doe.go.th/index2.html). Has anyone had experience and knows if there really are any regulations/requirements for hiring Thai staff to work abroad? Thanks.
Khun ?
Too bad you didn't pay american wages then you could hire americans to work, who also buy your products. Hope you sell your products to the Philippines. Thais don't have that great of a work reputation now days. Better off with english speaking Philippinoes. The Philippinoes also have a western work ethic where you may not have to stand over them to insure the work is done properly, plus they will do things on their own if they see it needs to be done ie; keeping the work area clean.
