From last night after i installed SP3 till now, my TOT internet connection keeps getting disconnected after every 30 mins or so. It is still happening now.

Is there problem with the TOT connection or is this SP3's issue?

yeah. everything seems stable now. Looks like the problem is with TOT not SP3.
