I can't believe people really eat that. enjoy Vegemite is a cultural thing, you grow up with it and it is normal, even enjoyable, like som tam poo . It is a good reply to the requests to eat some of the "delights" that are served here. After getting your friends to try Vegemite, you them explain "I eat Vegemite, you eat ______" No problem.
