Want To Buy S/h Pickup

I'm a volunteer with the Thai Tourist Police and I need to buy a vehicle that I can use for my duties. I'm looking for any make/model of pick-up, in working condition and location not important. The vehicle will be resprayed in white and used exclusively for police duties. (We already own 2 vehicles for our hotel business, but I need a dedicated vehicle for this job).

But here's the problem. Although I have a very good regular monthly income, (I own a hotel and also write software), I cannot get credit because I'm a foreigner. My Thai wife cannot get credit because she has no credit history. Very frustrating! So we are trying to find a vehicle where the owner will allow us to make regular monthly payments. (Typically this is not so difficult for a new vehicle but more of an issue when buying secondhand).
