Well, well, well, still looking for the right house, had one on hand but it did not work out, did not know you could not bring your bike with you home if you live in Boat Lagoon

So here i am, been looking in most of the real estate agents here, and used 100 litres of diesel to look around, and there is not that many houses for rent, ok if you want to move out in nowhere yes you can find some, will pay up to 50.000 for a nice house close to shops in South Phuket, i think 50.000 should get a pool as well dont you think.....

My current spot in Chalong has a pool, 1 floor, nice views, 3 bedrooms, 3 A/C's (partial furniture) and is close to the circle. Let me know and I can see about you moving in there. Security Gate and yard crews.

Has 2 pools really. 1 at the house, and 1 across the path. Always full of cute Young Russian Girls as well. Wife hates them, but they are easy on the eyes.

Area is too busy for my tastes. I like to watch the snails go by. Chalong and the new "if you want to go to Phuket Town, detour to Airport road, and then make a U-Turn" business?

I hate to say it, but I have seen ants in my old house come up with better high traffic routes than this.

You want an indoor kitchen, you dont have a Thai wife I think, the wall is good though, Im sure you will find your house, I did in the end but still had to move the cooker outside

I have a Thai GF, but she doesn’t really make some of the smelly Thai food, she don’t like to spicy food (don’t know what’s wrong with her )

She don’t like durian either, hold on,,,, maybe she is not Thai

do you know where Soi Nanachat is off Sai Yuan, Rawai? First left after Don's mall if you are headed toward Nai Hairn Beach.

Take Soi Nanachat and you'll go straight about 200 meters to a hard left, house for rent right there on your left. I don't think there is a pool though........but nice house with wall around it, quiet neighborhood.

Sorry I don't know what the rent is but the phone # is on the sign at the house.

For 50,000 you should be able to find something nice.

I also have a friend that has a new house for rent near Soi Saliga (Rawai Hardware? You know it?) has a pool, would probably be cheaper, problem;neighbor who just broke ground, construction noise for the next 7 months........

Noise for 7 months, if THEY say so, don’t you think it’s going to be 12 months, the house i am going to see is new with top quality furniture, house cost 13.000.000.
