Electric Shavers In Thailand?

Featured Replies

Been considering giving Electric Shavers another evaluation given the recent advancements...

I've been well served with servicing issues with my Braun Toothbrushes in Bangkok but I was curious how well Panasonic is represented here in Thailand?

Anybody tried either the Panasonic Vortex Nanaotech or the newer Panasonic Arc IV models yet?

Are these models available in Thailand? I'm sure the Braun Pulsonic can probably be easily found.

Braun and Phillips are readily available in Central and Robinson departement stores, did not see Panasonic.

The "latest advances" are total BS. The claims of the shaving companies don't stand up to scientific scrutiny - it's just marketing hype. They're no better than mid-range shavers.

They are not very good then. I bought a mid-range Philips electric shaver recently, and it can't compare with a safety razor.

Go on Amazon and check on the reviews of the Pulsonic. There's clearly a trend there and I do believe the reviews I see on Amazon.

Ditto generally folks are happy with the newer Panasonic line as well.

As an older member I can say that every holiday season for the last 50 years there has been the amazing electric shaver blitz and each year people try the new presents they received and within short order most give them a place in the rear of an unused drawer. My last attempt was some 5 years or so ago so am obviously not of current knowledge - but strongly suspect I would not find them any better today than I did 50 years ago (and about every 5-10 years in between). Until my skin becomes too thin to safely shave with a blade do not believe I will be tempted to try again.

The first Amazon review of the Pulsonic:

Ok here we go for my first and probably only review on Amazon. I am 50 years old and have tried pretty much every electric shaver known to mankind...

What a find! This in my humble opinion is the greatest invention EVER! ...

I must say I Absolutely LOVE shaving now...

Bottom line: BUY THIS NOW!

Good work by the Braun marketing department!
