My wife has her own business (self employed) and in making more than 40K/month.

One of the documents immigration requires for my 1 year non-immigrant-O visa extension, is the business registration document.

We already have P.N.D. 90 and P.N.D 94.

My wife never registered the business and at the tax department also says there is no need to do so.

Where can you get the business registration paper?

What kind of documents does she need to "register" the business?

I could obtain the paper in an office in the capital city of our province. All it took was the identity card of my wife.

Problem fixed.
