Seeking Interior Designer/decorator/renovator (quotations Required)

I am seeking written quotations from honest, reliable and reputable designers/renovators/decorators for work on the interior of my condominium at Phaya Thai Bangkok to begin on 1st February and finish by 31st March '08.

In brief the work entails:

Primary work.

Removal of current wooden floor and laying new ceramic tiles, approximately 100 sq. Metres.

Replacing 5 interior door frames.

Resurfacing (cement rendering) of 3 interior brick walls and providing damp-proofing.

Removal of rubbish and cleaning after job.

Secondary work.

Removal of existing wardrobes and building in new ones.(2 rooms).

Designing and installing approximately 6 metres long, floor to ceiling, entertainment unit, book cases and work station.

This is a genuine offer and the job will go to the the perceived best person/business who must be service-minded, courteous operators who can communicate effectively in English.
