In Thailand, is one allowed to (buy and) sell condo's on a regular basis ? What kind of permit does one need, if any ? Is it a "tricky" business ?

In USA if you want to pick up some cash speculating

in buying and selling cars; buy cheap and resell high,

you are okay until the 6th car. Then the state considers

you in business with all the registration, overhead and

taxes to take care of.

I don't know what LOS laws apply here.

I suspect you will need to set up a company pretty

quickly.
