Ferel Cats

Featured Replies

Theres 2 ferel cats that keep doing their business in my garden and also spraying when Im not around, they also rip the rubbish bags to shreds as well.Ive tried ground up pepper and chillis in the garden to rid them to some effect but it isnt that sucessful. Ive tried the water hose but theyre too quick for that.

Im sure theyre ferel as theyre mangy and you cant get near them, and the neigbours dont have cats. Short of the rat poison, what other means can I be rid of them.

Got the perfect dog for you :o:D

Another option could be water in small plastic bags that you use as misiles. It's case the cat doesn't see you throwing the misile, but as if the water comes out of the blue.

My father used this technique and it worked quite effectively.

Hope this will be helpfull,

Nienke

what i would do... put out plenty of food for them every day and try to make friends with them. after a while they will see your garden as their home and won't peepee there anymore, put your rubbish bag in a bucket with lid. if they remain scared, try to catch them with a cage-trap with food in it. if you don't want to keep them, take them then to the local rescue center.
