Non-immigrant B Or Non-immigrant B

Featured Replies

Are there different types of non-immigrant B visa's.

One where one has to leave every month and one where one has to leave every year (a 1 year visa)

My neighbor has been told that after 5 years on a B his new B visa requires him to leave every month.

A non immigrant visa entry is for 90 days. There is no non immigrant visa that would require every month exit/entry - only the visa exempt entry requires that.

There are extensions of stay that could allow one year stays available at immigration for those who meet the conditions required (employment at required salary level).

Any idea of what that required salary level is for the visa that allows a 1-year stay?
