Wrong forum, i know, but i could do with a quick answer.

Situation:

Three 30 day Visas (tourist exempt) down since mid October, of which i've used about 70 days. So i can't do another visa run, correct? Or will they give me the remainder of my 90 day allowance.

However, in any case, i can still go to Vientiane and grab a tourist visa?

You would not receive more than 20 days in all likelihood but exact amount would be determined on arrival and how they read your stamps and count them up. You should not have a problem obtaining a tourist visa in Vientiane, and if you need longer they may well issue a two entry if you request it.
