Non 'o' To A Tourist Visa

Featured Replies

I have a NON 'O' which expired in December 2007, on my last Visa Run, I got my last 3 months so I have had a total of 15 months.

What I am wanting to know, is if I leave Thailand on the 19th of March when my last 3 months ends, will I be able to enter on a Tourist Visa (30 DAYS) straight away, or do I have to leave for a certain amount of time?

Thanks in advance

You can enter on a tourist visa or a visa exempt entry (if eligible by nationality). The stamp you get for 30 days at the border without visiting a Consulate to buy a visa is called visa exempt entry. There is no need to leave for any amount of time.
