kiakaha
Sir Edmund P. Hillary's State funeral was held today. What a truly remarkable man. I've never been so proud to be a Kiwi as I am today. Later mate.
steveromagnino
Sir Edmund P. Hillary's State funeral was held today. What a truly remarkable man. I've never been so proud to be a Kiwi as I am today. Later mate. I also am proud of my Kiwi heritage. Not strictly Thai related of course...... I went to the same school as Sir Ed - what a legend- he hated the school but still got involved a bit I think from time to time. I don't think he ever personally profited from his endeavours, just gave back 10 times more;... the Tibetans also paid homage to him as well. We lost Barry Crump, Sir Peter Blake and now Sir Ed....where are our new heros???? And don't say Temuera Morrison. You are not in Bangkok now Dr Ropata. bendix
Oh, we have plenty of heroes still. Winston Peters, Georgette Beyer (the first transexual MP in the world), that tangled hair freak (the first fake rastafarian MP in the world). And what about Suzanne Paul? Oh oh oh . and the obese Maori minister . . he's always good for a laugh.
