Bangkok Self Storage, very clean, secure and professional. They have something they call "backpacker storage" for 100 baht per piece per week. You could pack it with silicon crystal sachets like you often get when you buy electronic gear, which is supposed to counter humdity. Don 't ask me where you can get that in Bangkok. Ask BSS. Maybe they know.

I have left a lot of things, some valuble, at the Rainbow Guest house near the Khoa san rd. Very cheap but very honest and reliable. If you are at the Wat end of the KSR then turn left and the rainbow guest house and Indian resteraunt is just on the right. Hope it helped? :o

This subject came up a few months ago so I saved the urls.

Storage in Bankok

http://www.bangkokselfstorage.com/

http://www.bigmovethai.com/eng/storage.asp

BTW, I haven't learned how to "hide" the urls as in one poster has done here.  Does that meet the TV rules about urls?
