Wiskas Rat Taste

Featured Replies

Since moved into new house, we have had a stray cat adopt us ( not visa versa - and take over my sofa ). Being a stray, she is great at catching rats, but one would prefer her to eat out, not dine in ( she brings them back to the open air laundry where she stays we we are out or sleep).

Bought some "cat" food, but them factory processed foods are not match for a fresh succulent rat !!

All thats left is the snout, and hind legs and tail. Quite a feast for a little cat.

Overall a nice cat, whines until she is cuddled. Drags her butt hole over the ground before sleeping, suspect she might have worms. Where to get worm tablets. ?

p.s. I am sure she is a cross between a dog and a cat, never seen a cat wag its tail non stop ( and comes running when she hears my car come home at night)

Butt dragging could be scent marking or trying to remove a dried piece of faeces from the hind end, or anal scent gland problems, not necessarily worms. But definitely de-worm your huntress. And make sure she gets sterilized or she won't last long.

de-worming tablets are easily gotten from any vet, there is a thread in here recommending vets; Vets in Thailand, so see if anyone listed is close to you.

Lovely kitty btw :o

Yeh, not too keen with a butt hole being dragged over my cream colored couch. Rabies, Spading. I know on Thonglor there are vets, pretty pricy I think there. Any others mid range ?

Originally was annoyed by the cat cause whined so much, thought it was like my sisters cat which wanted to constantly eat. This one how ever whines even if food around, and then stops when I am on the couch and she can cuddle up. nice cat.

Do cats wag tails in general. This ones tail is constantly moving, and only stops when in deep sleep. I have seen her wag it side to side fast like a dog, in particular when we call her name ( gave her the name Meow Meow - innovative eh ). Never seen cats do it.
