Wanting Longer Stays

Featured Replies

i have been coming to thailand for the last 2 years on a one year non immigrant b visa, multi entry

about 4 months ago i brought a guesthouse for my thai girlfriend and now we are expecting a baby

in august sometime, i try to spend most of my time in thailand, but travel back to austrailia every now

and then for work. i work in the mining game.

i was just wondering if there was a special visa i could apply where i would not have to do the three

mounths visa runs out of the country.

any advise would be appreciated........

Unless you are over age 50 a child will provide any visa extension of stay provision. So your current 90 day stay are all you can expect.

Did you mean to say that "unless you are over age 50 a child will NOT provide any visa extension of stay provision".

Sure did - Thanks.

As said, unless you are over 50 you are stuck with the border runs.

Marry her!

That would help but he would still need income to qualify.

I believe they added that requirement. Probably a way to stop people from knocking up the local lasses just to get a visa.
