Counterstrike

Featured Replies

Yeah yeah, I know Doom 3 is the hottest thing since sliced bread, supposedly, but I'm not spending 5 digits on a new graphics board just to play the latest greatest game.

I used to enjoy Counterstrike while living in countries with a modern internet infrastructure. Unfortunately just getting the site list in Thailand is a multiple-day ordeal, so if anyone wants the occational game of CS please add to the thread and/or PM me.

The more the merrier :o

No retro-gamers huh :o

Gave away ALL my games to a friend before moving here in LOS, I deeply regret it now. Tried CS a few times, I really liked MOHAA, Q3 and 2. I ll try finding it next time I m in Panthip or other CD places.

Wasn`t CS a MOD for Half-LIfe? I ll probably need the latest patches as well...

It was. All the usual shops have a CD with all the works in a combined package.

I used to play it back in the UK.

I'm waiting for Half Life 2 to come out - this will include the first half Life and Counterstrike, but with the snazzy new graphics & physics engine... screenshots look great.

Everybody who plays it will need to upgrade to this version soon
