Dog Friendly Hotels Chiang Mai Area?

Featured Replies

Anyone know of any dog friendly hotels in and around Chiang Mai. I am planning a trip there later this year and would like to take my small chihuahua (1.8 kilos) with me.

You can try http://www.hollandamontri.com/en/index.php

I know for sure that they don't except big dogs anymore, but maybe they do with a iny-tiny Chi, if you bring a travel crate as well, and your dog sleeps in there and not on the bed.

They do have their own dog, though, who does not go well with other males.

Place is nice, along the river. Maybe, worth a try.

Another one, where they used to except cats, but not dogs: http://www.florahouse.4t.com/

But as we're talking Chi here, you may try this one as well.

Edit/ oops 'except' is something completely different from 'accept' ... :o

Thanks, I will check with them.

At Tuskers (= TV sponsor, see banner on the Chiang Mai forum) and The Writer's Club on the Rachadamnoen road they accept dogs. Just in case you would like to go there for dinner, a drink and a chat.

At Tuskers there is another Chi, who looks very similar to yours but is a male, named Arnold :D, who visits there regularly. With his owners, naturally :o He is a lovely little guy that loves to play, no matter the size of the dog. :D

also check the pet friendly hotels thread pinned at the top of the forum.

also, for those with places to recommend, please be sure to add them into that topic so we can keep one list that is a comprehensive source, thanks :o
