JDOllock09 Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 A friend of a friend says that Bangkok immigration is only giving one or two week extensions for a 60 day tourist visa. The source seems reliable. Any other reports?

the scouser Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 Moved to the Thai visas and residency sub-forum. Scouse.
lopburi3 Posted February 8, 2008 Posted February 8, 2008 Have not seen any such report from Bangkok. They have been providing 30 day extensions on tourist visas without questions being asked from reports here. Some other offices have required proof of outbound ticket within the 30 day period to issue - only providing 7 days without. Do not believe there is any chance Bangkok is providing two week extensions - they were stopped long ago.
