I have a 1-year marriage visa until October 2008. My wife now wants to divorce. Will my visa be cancelled if we divorce?

If you have a visa (90 day entries) it should not be effected. If you have a one year extension of stay from Immigration doubt that there will be an issue if she does not make it so. If she does am not sure what they will do.
