So, what is your secret recipe for making bread in your bread machine.

1 1/8 cup liquid: I use one 140ml can milk and the rest is water

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp oil

1 tsp salt

3 cups flour

2 tsp yeast

This recipe works well in my bread machine on the fast (1 hour) cycle.

Where can I buy a bread machine in Bangkok?????? I crave homemade bread

I got mine at Verasu, for about 4000 baht. It's a Severin, with 12 different cycles. It will make white bread on both a quick and regular cycle, wheat bread, dough only, and does up to a 1-kilo loaf. I always make the .75 kilo size. I've used quite a few of the cycles, and am very happy with it.
