Extension Tourist Visa...show Ticket Again?

Hi everybody,

I m currently holding a 60days tourist visa that will expire end of the month and I m going to extend for further 30 days. After That I will go for a visa run for get a new 60days in Singap. or KL.

Question is: when i will apply for the extension do I have to show a ticket for fly out within this 30 days? or can I change my ticket since now for the end of May (in order to apply later for the new 60days) ?

How many days before I can apply for the visa extension?

About a week is normal and they may or may not ask to see a ticket out - if it is your first tourist visa entry they likely will not ask.
