I made a booking to travel on the bus & ferry from Bangkok to Koh Tao. the ticket says to be at their service counter 30 minutes before departure time but doesnt say where the service counter actually is. can anyone help please. Thanks

If you were one of the exceptions, the maybe 1/week online booker; their ofice (well,. there may be more, but I live near and this is the one I know) is on RAMBUTRRI road, in BanglamPhu, very near Khao sarn road (so often wrongly despised by many posters here), tell taximeter ViengThai hotel, same street, some 100 mrs further on, other side. Their bus does NOT load there, but they bring you nearby to where it does.

I guess a simply google would have shown the same?

Thanks for that. I made the booking on line with lomprayah. yes i know the area i have stayed at the Erawan hotel off rambuttri road many times. i should have looked more carefully there is a map on the lomprayah booking page. I arrive in Bangkok at 10am form Kuala Lumpur i will catch a bus to khaosan road from Suvarnabumi.
