Hi, first let me say you have the longest nickname I have ever seen on this forum. Congratulations :o

Second, may I suggest that you re-direct your enquiry to the visa forum where the experts reside, albeit with shorter nicks. :D

Welcome to the forum and to Thailand Garrett.

Your business may offer options that I am not aware of since I am living here under the option of supporting Thai wife. What is required for that VISA extension is that you can prove income of 40K baht per month and the validity of your marriage. Check the website regarding all the other options that you may have available to you since the topic has been widely discussed on the board.

Good Luck to you and hope that you enjoy your newfound lifestyle as much as we have over the past several years.

Yep - congratulations. Hope you have a good life in thailand.

As Mobi said - go to the Visa Forum (one of the first two in the "Go To" on the list at he bottom of this page)

When your Non-Imm visa runs out, you apply for a marriage visa - the local Immi people will investigate, ask your neighbours, friends, etc., whether everything is genuine. Then give you the visa if you can show that you can support your wife.

Alternatively, form a company and set up a business. You need Thai partners for that and the company is never 'yours'.

Check for proper understanding on the Visa Forum.
