Are you allowed to wear a hat while driving - I'm sure I was fined for that once ?

I was going to say that as a contract it does say the the 10,000 Baht deposit will be returned when the contract expires, this is a nice touch for people returning a broken car - as there is no indication that the refund of the deposit has any T&Cs or other limitations.

Also it implies that drinking while sober does not affect the insurance.

I think the 'Mr & Mr' thing is just where you put your name and that of the renter rather than a gay only service.

Also the optional apostrophe is omitted because most guys have more than one girlfriend?
