Non O Multiple Entry For Marriage.

Featured Replies

A Buddy just called me asking.

He is married but due to a visa expiring before an extension he screwed up and is now back to starting from scratch (hes currently on a visa exempt stamp).

He is married, has a 1/2 Thai kid. He has >400k in a Thai account for more than 3 months. He has marriage papers, wifes ID card, letter from wife, is there anything else he could have ??

Can he get a Non Imm O based on marriage 100% for sure in Penang ??

If Penang is only a 90% are KL or Sing more like 100% ??

He is likely to have problems with the 40k per month income rules but has ample money in the bank, this is why its important for him to get a multiple entry and not a single and then extend incountry.

Whats the current verdict on married non imm Multis in Penang.

Singapore should be a sure bet with the bank/marriage certificate and copy of wife ID card but really believe he will get in Penang also. One person has posted negatively on Penang however. KL would probably also be fine.

I would never rate anything 100%

Without the 40k per month income a 12 month extension will not be possible.

He has money and she has work but its not tax paid / legalised work.. Hence why he wants to go one year ME rather than 12 month extension.
