Anybody seen this move in Bangkok and can comment whether you think it has been cut or not?

Saw it at Siam Paragon and don't think it was cut. It was pretty graphic and don't remember any smoking or nudity edits (maybe they weren't in there in first place).

A colleague told me there was a sex and murder scene after the beer drinking girl by the pool offers Llewelyn a drink and much more which was cut in Thai cinemas.

I don't think so. It wasn't in the book and the movie is quite faithful to the book. Besides, Llewelyn flirted with the girl, but was faithful to his wife (according to the book).

UG is spot on. No such scene in the book or in HK.

Good, I didn't miss anything then. Cheers

Can somebody explain the ending, if it's the same as the book did the book have a few pages missing ?

Yes it has been cut. :o:D:D

Explanation please ?

I have this on DVD but have yet to watch it.

The ending worked in the book, but not in the movie. Somehow the book left you feeling satisfied even it was not very different. The movie made you badly want to know more.
