The one I go to here in Chiang Rai, which is a lot smaller city than Udon, carries whole frozen fillets. That's called North Farm, but I've seen them in Macro as well. I don't think smoked salmon is in whole filets, it is usually sliced. I believe I have seen smoked salmon frozen at Makro and I buy it here in Pattaya (not frozen) at Carrefour.
