If I understand you correctly---all main Thai banks plus UOB Bank of Asia have websites and the daily rate for foreign exchange is available.

Check your bank rates. However normally get better rate through ATM>

My gf has an ATM card for my account.  The last two 6,000 baht withdrawal had an average rate of 31.5; however, this includes a built in ATM fee.....  When she took out 5,000 baht on 2/25, the rate was about 33.....
