Hi, I've seen the various costs of setting up a business here in Thailand, what I'm wondering is what are the minimum monthly/yearly costs which I will also need to pay.

Obviously these costs will depend on what type of business it is, just wondering if the government has any requirements which must be paid each month/year aside from tax etc.

No annual renewal fees of the corporation. Depending on your business, you may have renewal of the license...food, alcohol, massage, etc. That’s it!

As for tax, if you're in the Vat system, must file once every month. Withholding tax filed monthly if you had any to withhold.

Mid year report. Ends June 30th must be filed within 60 days. Estimation of corporate tax to be paid.

Year end. Ends Dec 31st. Must be filed within 150 days ( May 30th)
