12 Month Extension For A Non Imm B Without Wp

Featured Replies

I was sent to thailand by my US company, on a 3 months non imm visa B, to study the possibilties for my company to settle and do business in Thailand. Therefore, as I'm just here no make business contacts, I do not need a WP. However, I'll be needing to get a 12 months extention on my 3 months visa : Is it possible to do so ? What kind of documentiation do I need ?

Or maybe I cant do without a WP ?

What should I do, any idea ?

thanks

kevin

No you can not obtain extensions and you can not obtain 12 month visas in the local area. Now if you/company open an office here then it becomes much easier. You really should contact sponsor Sunbelt or a firm such as them as a large part of there job is helping such activity; and you should have help.
