Has anyone noticed this?...

I have 3 premier accounts in different locations, all 3mb. For the past 7 months I've always received the full speed surfing outside of Thailand.

However for the past 10 days or so I notice it's been capped around 600/700kbs on all 3 accounts.

Anyone else having this problem?...

If it carries on much longer I'll drop back down the 1mb package as my friends 1mb premier has as much international bandwidth a the 3mb package!
