were in thailand is the cheapest land for sale ? raw land with or without rice fields in your areas..with deeds. just wondering if certian areas are cheaper then others..per rai..

Check with the Thai department of foresty, they will get you fixed up on both of your requiements. (cheap with deed)

Are you wanting to buy? no first hand experience, just reading the newspaper articles this seems to be happening from southern to northern Thailand. At least, those groups checking encroachment and false land documents seem to be charging a lot of people, and the forestry department is being mentioned a lot. The question and my suggestion just seemed to go together.
