I am thinking of teaching swim classes in Chiang Mai. I am curious if anyone has booked with a hotel or a community pool to teach, whether this would have to be registered with any regulatory body in the city, how much to charge, etc.

good luck for that, but dont forget to get yourself a work permit before starting this, otherwise u will be in big trouble and subject to deportation , if caught...
