April 6, 200817 yr I believe, from a previous thread, that it has the go ahead, they are now just waiting for enough mug punters to buy off-plan, to garner sufficient funds to start digging, and make them all believe that they are going ahead. Noisy and smelly, but if you like watching and smelling tractors all day then go for it!!
May 9, 200817 yr This project is financed by one of the worlds largest project companies and they are funding everything with own money. Luckily this is not a project suited for you, they do not need any mug punters and real people who understands the value of this project will become buyers.

May 9, 200817 yr I think zappo could be part of the development team. A thread like this could potentially damage the project by putting off investors who are researching before they buy. An open discussion on this project is fair game!
