Orthopedic Center At Bangkok Pattaya Hospital

Featured Replies

I'm suffering from sciatica now.

Until its over (hope it will) I want to get a MRI scan and show it to a good doctor.

Please advice a skilled doctor in Pattaya.

Here is a list from BPH.

We really don't like BPH around here.

Sad but true. I want to have a minor procedure done but will go to Bumrungrad in Bangkok.

Agree, even though owned by the same group there is a world of difference in the qualifications of the specialists at BPH versus Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok. Same holds true for Samitivej Sriracha vs Samitivej in Bangkok. The best specialists just don't live/work outside Bangkok.

Occasionally a good doc can be found in these places (for example, there is a skin cancer specialist at BPH that many have recommeneded) but on the whole the only thing "international" about the various "international" hiospitals in places like Pattaya and Phuket etc seems to be their prices and speaking English. For an international-caliber specialist you usually need to come to Bangkok.

You might like to try Bangkok Hospital (in Bangkok) so that any follow up care (physical therapy etc) that results from the consultation can easily be arranged for at BPH, and you only need to come up to Bkk for consulting the specialist. But come up you should.

Select an orthopedic surgeon with board certification in a western country from their website.
