Somebody explain to me why it is that the EU bigwigs as well as the UK bigwigs want to flood the EU and UK, respectively, with as many non-Europeans and non-United_Kingdom migrants - legal and illegal - as they possibly can while quite literally p*ssing on their own citizens economical and socially. Really - it's fine if EU and UK citizens who are down-and-out economically sleep rough on the streets with few economic prospects and the elderly freeze in their homes, if they are lucky enough to have a home as opposed to being kicked to the street...and yet the EU bigwigs as well as the UK bigwigs can find the money to house their "migrants," as well as to feed them, provide healthcare, and supply them with free money - and if they commit crimes, well, "They are from different cultures and EU and UK citizens need to be accepting," as the courts let migrant crimes slide. And of course, now if you complain, you are tracked, monitored, and declared an enemy of the state. Protest or write critique on social media? "Prison for you!" Why is that? What's their end game ya' think? The fat cats really, really, really hate their own citizens. -

Middle East Gaza: We are dying slowly, save us !
The pics of emaciated children in Gaza are not AI-generated fakes. The pics that have been circulated by mainstream Western media and reposted thousands of times on social media are real, BUT- and it's a big - these photos are often misleading. They show medically vulnerable children who have underlying conditions that result in emaciation. The pics themselves aren't proof of mass starvation in Gaza. The photo that tops the OP in this thread comes from an article in The Guardian published on Aug. 2. The caption credits Mahmoud Issa and Reuters, but doesn't give specific information about the woman and child portrayed. nor are they mentioned in the body of article. The caption of the Reuters' photo has a lot more info. It names the two people, says the boy suffers from cerebral palsy and says the photo was taken July 24. There's no text story with the photo. Reuters is a news agency and offers photos separate from its text . Children with cerebral palsy often have trouble swallowing. The boy needs nutritional supplements and a feeding tube, neither of which is likely to be available in Gaza. The shortage of supplies caused by the conflict has certainly aggravated the boy's fragile condition, but it doesn't prove their is mass starvation in Gaza. Now to the really interesting part. The AP pic is darker and has a different backdrop, but otherwise very similar to Reuters, down to the gray garbage bag diaper. The prominent backbone is the focal point of both photos. I'm cynical enough to wonder if these might have been photo ops staged by Hamas to lend emotional impact to the claim of famine and starvation in Gaza. Not fake photos, but definitely misleading. Sometimes, however, the Hamas Media Office becomes disingenuous. So why is Yazan naked and deathly thin? He's naked because it's a photo op to show off this thinness. He's so thin because of an (and I'll spell it out) U-N-D-E-R-L-Y-I-N-G M-E-D-I-C-A-L C-O-N-D-I-T-I-O-N. If the family were suffering from starvation, wouldn't the brothers be thin as well? More revelations still to come. -

LTR Visa is Now available for Long Term Residency
Others have done it this way. However, unless something has changed in the online application it says if you don't submit the health insurance info when first applying you should upload a "Document Request Acknowledge Form for LTR Application." This form is available on the BOI LTR website...completing the form you are basically saying you are aware you must provide a health insurance policy when BOI asks for it.
