Hi. Just wondering about when your Non-Im O expires for the first year, do you have to apply for the extension before the one year expiration date or when the final 90 days is up? My one year finished on the 2nd of April but my 90 days is up in June. Hope this isn't bad news! BTW I am a woman married to a Thai so I think things aren't exactly the same but any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

You apply during the last 30 days of any entry - so it would be May-June time frame. The only thing different is that there will not be any requirement to show the 40k monthly family income.

I think that is because a farang woman married to a Thai man can live on love and does not need money whereas a farang man married to a Thai woman needs 40K per month to live.
