stevehaigh Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 is it just me or was songkran pretty subdued this year? it seemed like there were half the people of last year in tongsala even through it was raining last year. also, most of the water ran out in town about 4 in the afternoon so it was difficult to refill the water guns.
