April 15, 200818 yr I regularly notice topics inviting TV members to get togethers in Chiang Mai, Pattaya and recently even Isaan. My question is: Do we ever have TV get togethers in Bangkok? If not, why not? If so, when is the next one? Cheers, Dave

Just go ahead and invite a few people that you know / post with regularly --- they invite a few more contacts --- and you're off... CC

I am sorry to hear this type of comment and can assure you that our TV members who attend our football nights are all very nice Guys and Gals. We all support different teams but know how to behave and have a few beers and laughs together. I hope you will TRY and join some really nice TV members sometime. BT

April 21, 200818 yr I would love to meet up some of the guys in TV . but i am more a Moo kata .. per - Why not we meet up for some Moo kata - Standard Amercian Share - fair for everyone or we can go to some resturant .. and have a great meal .. i got a 500b discount coupon i had not use at one of the Resturant with interesting food .. but the last time i went dinner for 9 is about 5000b with alot of beer and lot os dishes of Sashimi and german pork knuckle . work out to be able 500b per heard - after the discount . i think i still have enough coupon for buy 1 beer get one beer free - for another 1 doz bottle ----- best is still MOo kata

BT Hi Mr Toad, Fletch Et Al, whilst I never did get to meet you guys at Soi 8 (I think you all had a party to go to the night I went) I really appreciated the fact that you texted me and provided your mobile numbers to facilitate better communication. When I again get to Bangkok I will be sure to catch up with you at Soi 8. My OP however was really more aimed at the type of function I have seen advertised on TV for Chiang Mai/ Pattaya and even Surin where the TV sponsors get involved and there is a requirement to sign in with your password to attend the function. Not that I am after a free piss up and feed, more that I would like to meet a wider cross section of TV membership than just the soccer fans (no offence intended). I guess I just assumed that the majority of TV membership in thailand would reside in Bangkok and was curious as to why no functions ever seem to be held in that fine city?
