September 23, 200817 yr Before i moved to my farm 2.5 kms from the village. On a tuesday morning i would get the travelling market banging in tent pegs at 2.00am,followed by the dogs and chickens then the mayor. Life on the land is heaven although my wife complains its to quiet!!
September 24, 200817 yr Where I live in Khon Kaen, in the city actually, I am blessed with a next door monastry with very powerful spakers and I get to hear the monk's chanting every morning from 4 am and very loudly too. The head monk simply would not turn off his speaker system. And that is not all, another neighbour has some kind of kennel where she breeds dogs, the kind that looks like a mixture between an intersection and a cold beer, and the dogs allways get turned on about the same time as when the monk starts. I think that is what they call stereophonic sounds. Fortunately this is not our permanent home as we will be moving shortly.
