I'm currently staying for a month in Laem Mae Phim (close to Ban Phe). Today I've been touring around Ban Phe and Ranong trying to find a 2nd hand book store where I can trade in my many english books for a few I have not yet read. I've failed in locating a place so far. Does anyone here know where one might find one (I'd rather not have to go to Koh Chang to trade them in, Koh Samet might be an option though).

There's a few in Pattaya, 2nd floor tops supermarket, basement tukcom, and another on soi buakhao,

they all trade/buy, pretty amazing selection as well. You'll be lucky to find something in Rayong.

TOPS - the second floor (first if you're English) is Pattaya Beach Books - they bring in a container full of second-hand books and will buy and sell too. Quite a good selection. Novels and reference.

I actually found one in Ban Phe eventually, next to 7/11 close to the ferry pier (to Koh Samet). Pretty good choice in books (English/German mostly).
